We are seeking a creative and skilled User Experience Engineer to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. This role involves close collaboration with developers to ensure seamless implementation of user-friendly designs. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing innovative software solutions that contribute to the goals of TTTech Auto and our clients. One example is the MotionWise Creator GUI that enables the configuration of MotionWise in-vehicle software products. The work will be conducted following agile methodology to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Your Tasks:

• Design scalable solutions allowing quick and frequent updates automatically
• Create and maintain design systems for development.
• Develop high-fidelity wireframes and UI designs.
• Create prototypes based on wireframes and UI designs.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement designs.
• Conduct design reviews and make iterations.
• Perform UX research.
• Create user flows.
• Develop low-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, and analyze results.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience in creating software applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator. Knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent interaction design skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
