We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team and apply the full user-centered design process — from early-stage research to design modeling, usability testing, and development support.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs in an agile, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.

Your Tasks:

• Apply UX methodologies depending on project context and timing.
• Design and develop wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistent user experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment between design. specifications and implementation.
• Perform UX research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create detailed user flows and journeys.
• Conduct usability testing and user interviews and analyze results.
• Promote and enforce brand design standards and contribute to the design system.
• Co-facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops with cross-functional teams.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing software applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam (or similar whiteboards), Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Excellent interaction design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively and effectively.
• Up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
