TTTech Auto is privately held joint Austrian stock company (Aktiengesellschaft - AG) with solid equity basis from blue-chip shareholders. 

Headquartered in Vienna, Austria, TTTech Auto was founded in 2018 with the participation of Audi, Infineon, Samsung and TTTech Computertechnik to build a global, safe vehicle software platform for automated and autonomous driving. In 2022, the company raised USD 285 million (EUR 250 million) from Aptiv and Audi in its latest funding round. This brought TTTech Auto's total valuation to more than USD 1 billion, confirming its strong position amid a growing number of auto tech unicorns.
