We are seeking for a motivated part-time (20 hours/week) intern to join our Global IT Team at TTTech Auto. This role is perfect for a student eager to gain hands-on experience in managing IT Infrastructure, improving system performance and supporting various IT functions with focus on cloud technologies, network, security and many more. You will work closely with our experienced IT professionals and contribute to projects that leverage state of the art IT to drive efficiency and innovation across various departments.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Your Tasks:

  • Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure and systems

  • Support daily IT operations and troubleshooting efforts

  • Help in deploying and managing cloud services and applications

  • Assist with network configuration and management

  • Conduct system updates, backups, and performance tuning

  • Manage data storage solutions and ensure data integrity

  • Work with mobile device management (MDM) tools and solutions

  • Provide technical support for Linux systems and environments

  • Utilize Intune for endpoint management and security

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices

  • Document IT processes, configurations, and procedures

  • Provide technical support to employees and end-users

  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance system capabilities

  • Learn and apply best practices in IT infrastructure management

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems

  • Familiarity with cloud services, MDM, Linux, Intune, and security practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Very good communication level of English & German

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of 2,151.81 gross per year. Actual compensation can be above this standard.
